12 · Risks and mitigation
What could go wrong, stated plainly
We would rather you read these here than discover them in diligence.
- Revenue is earlyPlatform revenue to date is small. Mitigation: we report verified figures with their definitions, and the fee model is already built into every order.
- First orders are the bottleneckMany people register before they order. Mitigation: first-order conversion is the current product and marketing focus, measured with attribution that started in September 2026.
- Partner supply is concentratedMost partners are in Iligan City. Mitigation: build density in one city first, then expand city by city.
- Founder dependencyThe founder builds the platform. Mitigation: the system is documented in the codebase, and team and support capacity are part of the use of funds.
- Entity structureA sole proprietorship cannot issue shares. Mitigation: the investment structure, and any entity change it needs, is set with legal and accounting advisors before any agreement.
- Partner earnings must come firstPartners stay only if the platform brings them paid work. Mitigation: free to join, one published fee table, and earnings shown on every order.
