The problem

One print job. Too many separate stops.

Without a connected platform, a customer coordinates each step separately, with different businesses and chats.

  1. Needs a designHas an idea, but no print-ready file.
  2. Finds a designerSearches, asks around, waits for replies.
  3. Finds a printerCompares prices and availability shop by shop.
  4. Finds a product supplier or crafterShirts, mugs and merch often come from someone else.
  5. Coordinates paymentSeparately with each business.
  6. Coordinates deliveryBooks a rider or picks it up personally.

The businesses already exist.

The skills already exist.

The customers already exist.

The opportunity is connecting them better.

The solution

One ecosystem. Different businesses. Shared opportunities.

Grateful Prints sits in the middle. Each participant keeps running their own business and uses the platform to reach customers, work together and get paid.

Customers describe what they need, compare matching listings from local partners, order with pickup or rider delivery, and follow each order.

  • Ask GP asks a follow-up question, then shows up to three closest matching listings.
  • Review first: for priced pickup and delivery orders, no payment is asked until the shop accepts.
  • Online payment after acceptance. Production starts once payment is confirmed.
  • Order status from placement to pickup or delivery, with chat on the order.

Where we are honestly. The platform is live and paid orders already move through it. It is early: our focus now is turning registered customers into first orders and growing partner supply city by city. We share verified usage and revenue figures, with their definitions, in the investor meeting.

Business model

Grateful Prints earns when partners earn

Accounts are free. Grateful Prints earns a platform fee only when a paid order is completed, at one fee rate per partner type. Partners keep the rest.

The platform does not need to own presses, inventory or vehicles. It connects capacity that already exists.

Current revenue model Live in product

A platform fee on each completed paid order. Each partner type (print shops, crafters, designers, digital products and riders) has one fee rate.

The fee table and revenue to date are shared in the investor meeting.

Future revenue Planned

  • Partner plans and promotionsOptional tools that help partners get found. Not live.
  • Business tools for print shopsGP Operating System beyond the pilot. Pricing not set.
  • Business and bulk orderingRepeat orders for organizations. Under evaluation.

Why now

Every piece already exists

Printing demand, print businesses, designers, makers, riders and digital payments are already part of everyday Philippine commerce. What is missing is one system that lets them work together.

  • 99.63%

of registered business establishments in the Philippines are micro, small and medium enterprises. The print shops, designers and crafters we serve are among them.

  • 98.0M

people in the Philippines use the internet, so customers can already order online.

  • 64.69%

of retail payments in the Philippines are digital, by number of transactions (53.32% by value).

We do not publish a printing market size. No reliable figure exists for it yet, and we would rather show what we can verify.

What makes Grateful Prints different

Founder story

Why I built Grateful Prints

My goal was bigger than another printing business. I wanted to help the people around printing grow: customers who need things made, print shops, designers, makers and the riders who deliver.

The skills and businesses were already here in Iligan. What was missing was a simple way for them to find each other and work together. So I started building that connection myself, and I still build the platform today.

The whole point of business is to help and develop people.

We build the people first, and people build the business. We collaborate, not compete.

Investor FAQ

Straight answers

Is the product live, or is this a concept?

The product is live. Customers order on the web app, on Android through Google Play and on iPhone through the App Store, and partners manage those orders in the same platform. You can open it yourself from this page.

How does Grateful Prints make money?

A platform fee on each completed paid order, at one fee rate per partner type. Accounts are free. The full fee table is shared in the investor meeting, and planned revenue lines are labeled as planned on this page.

Where do you operate?

Our partner network is concentrated in Iligan City, where we are building density first. We plan to add partner coverage one city at a time.

What stage is the company at?

Early. The product is built and processing real orders. The current focus is converting registered customers into first orders and growing partner supply. Verified figures are shared in the meeting.

Is Ask GP artificial intelligence?

Not today. Ask GP reads the customer's request, asks one follow-up question and shows up to three matching listings. We are exploring AI-assisted features and will label them clearly when they ship.

What is the legal entity?

Grateful Prints is the brand of Grateful Printing Services, a sole proprietorship registered with the DTI and the BIR in Iligan City and owned by founder Neil Saldia. Any investment structure, including the entity it requires, will be set with legal and accounting advisors before an agreement.

Is this page an offer to invest?

No. This page is for information only. It is not an offer to sell, or a request for an offer to buy, any security, and no returns are promised. Terms are only discussed privately.

How do I see deeper information?

Start with the Investor Room. Confidential material such as financial records is shared after an introductory meeting and, where needed, an NDA.
